I'm Mark Fraser, founder of CDI Hong Kong and the "Man with Drill." For over 28 years, I've been helping Hong Kong residents transform their homes with quality workmanship and honest advice.
What started as a passion for fixing things has grown into a trusted business serving hundreds of satisfied clients across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

I arrived in Hong Kong in 1996 with a toolbox and a dream. Coming from a background in construction and renovation back home, I quickly noticed that Hong Kong homeowners faced unique challenges that required specialized knowledge.
Hong Kong properties are different. The humidity, the concrete construction, the compact spaces, and the rapid wear from the tropical climate all demand expertise that generic contractors often lack. I made it my mission to understand these challenges inside and out.
Over the years, I've renovated and improved hundreds of properties - from tiny studio apartments in Central to sprawling homes in the New Territories, from busy restaurants in Wan Chai to corporate offices in Admiralty. Each project taught me something new about what Hong Kong homes need.
